Dazibet Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and dazibet ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the dazibet platform — including the website, mobile application, and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Anyone under the age of 18 is prohibited from registering or using any services provided by dazibet. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of breaching this minimum age requirement.
Account Creation, Responsibilities & Security

Each user is permitted only one active account at any time. You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. dazibet reserves the right to verify the information provided and to request supporting documents as part of the identity verification process.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
User Responsibilities
Users are prohibited from using the dazibet platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activities. The use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any tools designed to manipulate the system is also strictly forbidden.
Regional Restrictions
The dazibet platform is intended exclusively for users in Malaysia. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where such use is prohibited by local law are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable regulations. dazibet is not liable for any legal violations committed by users.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the dazibet platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and up to date. dazibet is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by inaccurate information or issues on the part of third-party payment service providers.
Deposits credited to an account are non-refundable except under specific conditions set by dazibet. Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with established procedures and are subject to identity verification. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may range from instant to three business days.
Dazibet reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity. In such cases, we may require additional documentation for verification purposes before any transaction can be processed.
- All deposit and withdrawal amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
- Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current terms.
- Any charges imposed by banks or e-wallet providers are the sole responsibility of the user.

Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
dazibet Liability Limits
Dazibet shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or costs arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no warranties regarding continuous availability or freedom from errors.
To the extent permitted by law, dazibet's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension
Dazibet reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is reason to believe these Terms have been violated, fraudulent activity has occurred, or conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform has taken place. Users whose accounts are suspended are not entitled to claim damages for loss of access.
Account Closure
Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the dazibet support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, once all security and compliance checks have been completed.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, designs, logos, software, and other materials found on the dazibet platform are the exclusive property of dazibet or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or exploiting any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from dazibet.
The dazibet platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. Such links do not imply that dazibet endorses or takes responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access third-party websites entirely at their own risk.
Use of the dazibet brand, logo, or name by any party for commercial, promotional, or marketing purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Dazibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. The latest version of these Terms will always be available on this page with a clear update date. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the dazibet platform shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Terms while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
